This is a new post that I will update regularly. Basically it will just contain words of wisdom of which of course some would be my own. 
Well, the title is 19 Dec 08 because it bore significance to me. Actually the exact date is 22, but I prefer 19 as it was the day I returned.
It was not necessarily the fittest, nor even the strongest, who survived, but those best able to adapt to change.
